In up to 80% of IBS cases, the underlying cause is actually SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth)—a condition in which bacteria overgrow in the small intestine, leading to symptoms such as bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and food intolerances.

But here’s the thing: SIBO itself is not the root cause either.

It’s a sign that something deeper is out of balance.
